My story
"Previously reported Missing, now Killed in Action." Whilst acting as a Company runner during an attack West of Passchendaele, on October 30th 1917, at about 4.30 A.M., when on his way to Battalion Headquarters, with a message, he was hit in the head and instantly killed by shrapnel from an enemy shell.
