My story
"Previously reported wounded and missing, now Killed in Action." He was severly wounded in the back of the head and neck, by shrapnel from a shell, while his Battalion was in support on the Passchendaele Front. His wounds were bound up and he was carried on a stretcher to a dressing station where he died shortly after admission.
