"Previously reported wounded and missing, now reported killed in Action" From information available this soldier was wounded in the head, shoulder and leg by shrapnel, during an attack on the left of Passchendaele village. He was last seen going back to Headquarters. A report was later received that his body was buried in the vicinity where the casualty occured.
