My story
On the 16th of November the 102nd Battalion of the Canadian Infantry (Central Ontario Regiment) moved forward by platoons tot he front line, relieving the 87th Battalion. The Headquarter was located at Hillside Farm (D17 b0.8.). On the 17th of November D Company, located at approximately D6 a85.90, lost 7 men from one shell burst. The whole morning there was heavy enemy fire, and the 102nd Battalion of the Canadian Infantry (Central Ontario Regiment) lost 12 men. Another 22 were wounded.
