My story
"Killed in Action." Early in the night of 2nd/3rd June, 1916, he was slightly wounded in the head and shoulder, but refused to go out of the trench and leave his Company. Later that night he was talking to his Company Commander about getting some casualties to the Dressing Station and immediately they separated a shell came and instantly killed Company Sergeant Major Scarth.
