Mijn verhaal
"Killed in Action." He was detailed to conduct a wounded man to a dressing station at day-break on November 7th, 1917, at Bellevue Spur, Passchendaele. About five minutes after his departure he was killed by concussion due to the explosion of an enemy shell.
