Mijn verhaal
"Previously for official purposes presumed to have Died, now reported Killed in Action." Was attached to a stokes gun and in going over at Passchendaele about 3 p.m. on November 6th, 1917, he was wounded in the cheek but carried on until the objective was reached and they were consolidating, when he was instantly killed by a shell.
